Important Preferred Customer Program Updates - Effective September 1, 2023
We are excited to announce updates to our Preferred Customer Program terms and conditions, designed to enhance your benefits and experiences. Please take a moment to review the changes outlined below:
U.S. Terms and Conditions
$5 Back Reward
As a Preferred Customer, you'll now earn a $5 Back Reward coupon for every $100 spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases are calculated after all discounts and exclude shipping, fees, or taxes. Please note that Preferred Customer membership fees are not counted toward the $5 Back Reward threshold.
$5 Birthday Gift
Celebrate your special day with us! Preferred Customers who provide their birth month in their account portal will receive a $5 birthday reward coupon. To be eligible, ensure you become a Preferred Customer at least 14 days before your birthday month and provide your birth month in your account information. Eligible Preferred Customers will receive the $5 Birthday Gift coupon via email during their birthday month. If you join our program during your birthday month, the coupon will start being sent the following calendar year.
All reward coupons can be redeemed within their 180-day redemption period. After this period, coupons automatically expire. You can easily check the redemption period for any coupon in your Preferred Customer account. If you happen to return products from a qualified purchase that earned you rewards, the balance of previously earned rewards will be adjusted accordingly.
Canadian Terms and Conditions
5% Off Reward Coupon
As a Canadian Preferred Customer, you'll enjoy a 5% Off Reward Coupon for every $100 spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases are calculated after all discounts and exclude shipping, fees, or taxes. Remember that Preferred Customer membership fees do not count toward the 5% Off Reward Coupon threshold.
5% Birthday Coupon
Make your birthday extra special with our 5% Birthday Coupon. Preferred Customers who provide their birth month in their account portal will receive this exclusive coupon. To qualify, you must become a Preferred Customer at least 14 days before your birthday month and provide your birth month in your account information. Eligible Preferred Customers will receive the 5% Birthday Coupon via email during their birthday month. If you become a Preferred Customer during your birthday month, the coupon will be sent the following calendar year.
Just like our U.S. program, reward coupons in Canada are valid for 180 days from issuance. Please remember that coupons expire automatically after this period. You can easily find the redemption period for any coupon in your Preferred Customer account. In the event of product returns from a qualified purchase that earned rewards, the balance of previously earned rewards will be adjusted to reflect any unearned value.
