If you searched "AMSOIL bypass filter discontinued," here is the short version: on October 13, 2026, AMSOIL told its dealers it is consolidating the bypass filtration line around the turbodiesel pickup market, with what it calls big news and final details coming later this fall. Until then, several kits and filters are discontinued, and the pickup kits that remain are being sold while supplies last.
I've been an AMSOIL dealer since 2006 and I work on trucks for a living. This post sticks to what AMSOIL put in writing, organized so you can find your truck fast.

What AMSOIL Discontinued and What Is Changing
AMSOIL sorted the line into four groups. Where your kit or filter lands decides whether you can still buy it, and whether a newer version is coming.
Discontinued — No Longer Available
- Universal Single-Remote (BMK21)
- DUAL-GARD (BMK22)
- Universal Dual-Remote (BMK23)
- Heavy-Duty (BMK30)
- EaBP100 filter (7.5")
- EaBP110 filter (10.5")
- EaBP120 filter (replaced by Donaldson P570027)
Discontinued — While Supplies Last
- Ford 7.3L Dual-Remote (BMK26)
- Ford 6.0/6.4L Single-Remote (BMK31)
No updated version of either kit was announced. When these sell through, that's the end of an AMSOIL kit for those engines.
Significant Updates Later This Year
- 2001–2019 GM 6.6L Dual-Remote (BMK27)
- Ford 6.7L Dual-Remote (BMK28)
- 2001–2016 GM 6.6L Single-Remote (BMK32)
- Ford 6.7L Single-Remote (BMK33)
- 2004–current Cummins 5.0L/5.9L/6.7L Single-Remote (BMK34)
The existing versions are available while supplies last.
Being Retooled
The EaBP90 (6" filter) is being retooled and is expected back in stock by the end of 2026. Once it returns, it will be the only AMSOIL bypass filter.

Running a 7.3L, 6.0L or 6.4L?
Your kits are the only two on this list with no update announced. If you have been meaning to add bypass filtration to one of these Power Strokes, the BMK26 and BMK31 are the last AMSOIL kits built for them.
AMSOIL Bypass Filter Discontinued List and Replacements
If you already run an AMSOIL bypass system, the filter is the part you'll be shopping for next. Here is where each one stands.
| Filter | Status | AMSOIL Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| EaBP90 (6") | Being retooled; back by end of 2026 | WIX WL11042 until the EaBP90 returns |
| EaBP120 | Discontinued | Donaldson P570027 |
| EaBP100 (7.5") | Discontinued, no longer available | No replacement named in the bulletin |
| EaBP110 (10.5") | Discontinued, no longer available | No replacement named in the bulletin |
Once it's back, the EaBP90 will be the only AMSOIL bypass filter. AMSOIL rates it for 60,000 miles (96,561 km), 600 hours or 2 years, whichever comes first.
Replacement parts for AMSOIL bypass systems are available while supplies last, and AMSOIL says alternative sources will be announced. The AMSOIL Bypass Filter Systems warranty is unchanged.
Changing Filters? Let an Oil Analysis Do the Talking
A bypass filter exists to catch the fine, wear-causing particles a full-flow filter lets through. AMSOIL states its Ea Bypass Filter draws about 10 percent of the oil pump's capacity at any one time and typically filters all the oil in the system several times an hour.
If you are swapping to the WIX WL11042 while the EaBP90 is retooled, moving to the Donaldson P570027, or adding a kit for the first time, don't guess at how it is working. I'm AMSOIL oil analysis certified, and a lab report is the step I put ahead of any opinion, including mine. It shows what is actually in your oil.
Class 8 and Semi Truck Owners
This consolidation is built around pickups. The Heavy-Duty Bypass System (BMK30) is discontinued, and the EaBP120 filter is replaced by the Donaldson P570027. If you run a Class 8 truck or a fleet, bypass filtration for that equipment is covered separately.
AMSOIL Bypass Filter FAQ
Is the AMSOIL bypass filter discontinued?
Partly. The EaBP100 (7.5"), EaBP110 (10.5") and EaBP120 bypass filters are discontinued. AMSOIL lists the Donaldson P570027 as the EaBP120 replacement. The EaBP90 (6") is not discontinued; it is being retooled and expected back in stock by the end of 2026, with the WIX WL11042 recommended until then. Once it returns, the EaBP90 will be the only AMSOIL bypass filter.
Is the AMSOIL Dual-Gard discontinued?
Yes. AMSOIL's October 13, 2026 dealer bulletin lists the DUAL-GARD Bypass System (BMK22) as discontinued and no longer available, along with the Universal Single-Remote (BMK21), Universal Dual-Remote (BMK23) and Heavy-Duty (BMK30) systems.
What replaces the EaBP120?
AMSOIL lists the Donaldson P570027 as the replacement for the discontinued EaBP120 bypass filter.
What replaces the EaBP90?
The EaBP90 is not discontinued. AMSOIL is retooling it and expects it back in stock by the end of 2026. Until then, AMSOIL recommends the WIX WL11042. Once it returns, the EaBP90 will be the only AMSOIL bypass filter, rated for 60,000 miles (96,561 km), 600 hours or 2 years, whichever comes first.
Can I still buy an AMSOIL bypass kit for my Ford, GM or Ram?
Yes, while supplies last. GM 6.6L Duramax owners can order the Dual-Remote (BMK27, 2001–2019) or Single-Remote (BMK32, 2001–2016). Ford 6.7L owners can order the Dual-Remote (BMK28) or Single-Remote (BMK33). Ram owners with a Cummins 5.9L or 6.7L can order the 2004–current Cummins Single-Remote (BMK34). Those five kits are getting significant updates later this year. The Ford 7.3L Dual-Remote (BMK26) and Ford 6.0/6.4L Single-Remote (BMK31) are discontinued and sold only while supplies last. AMSOIL ships direct anywhere in the USA & Canada.
Are the EaBP100 and EaBP110 filters discontinued?

Does this change my AMSOIL bypass warranty?
No. AMSOIL states the Bypass Filter Systems warranty is unchanged.
Bottom Line
AMSOIL is cutting the bypass line down to turbodiesel pickups and a single filter, with full details due later this fall. If you drive a Duramax, a 6.7L Power Stroke or a Cummins, the current kits are available while supplies last and updated versions are on the way. If you drive a 7.3L, 6.0L or 6.4L Power Stroke, the BMK26 and BMK31 are the last AMSOIL kits for your engine.
